Description
This vertical float switch ( level switch ) with small dimensions fulfils the criteria of protection class IP68 ( protection against permanent immersion ).
By using a PA screw connection instead of the usual metal screw connection, an electrochemical reaction caused by dissolved salts can be ruled out. This float switch is therefore ideal for liquids containing salt (e.g. seawater aquariums).
By turning the float axially through 180°, the switching function can be reversed from normally open to normally closed.
